Design, upgrade and operation of distilled water/waste water treatment system, Northern Ireland, for Seagate
This project consisted of the redesign of a failing distilled water treatment system for compact disc manufacturer. NewFields provided construction management services for the system upgrade, system operation and management for six years until plant closure and relocation to Asia.
During this period, NewFields achieved the required operational requirements at a lower cost, achieved operational reliability and doubled the plant’s operational life. The specifics of the technology employed are confidential.
